Just like physical skills, mental skills take awareness and practice. This program will give your athlete the foundational tools to better understand their mind, navigate challenges, and continue growing through sport.

Getting Started

LEAP Foundations is designed to fit into your summer schedule.

Your athlete can complete the four modules at their own pace. Some athletes may choose to work through one module each week, while others may complete them closer together.

Encourage your athlete to:

βœ“ Complete the workbook reflections
βœ“ Apply the tools during training and competition
βœ“ Come curious and ready to learn

Mental skills are built the same way physical skills are:

through practice.
