LEAP Mindset Mastery
Our two-month training program is built on proven techniques including mindfulness, goal-setting, and visualization, and is tailored to supporting your daughter's goals and needs — whether she’s getting ready for a competition, studying for a test, or navigating social challenges.
What she gets when she works with LEAP One on One Mindset Mastery:
One-on-one coaching with a certified mental performance coach

Strategies that support success in sports, school, and life
Take-home resources and course materials to support ongoing learning

LEAP Collective
If your daughter would prefer to work in a small group rather than one-on-one, LEAP Mental Performance welcomes in two cohorts twice a year of 5+ athletes. Athletes have the opportunity to learn from one another, feel like they aren’t alone in this journey and build their mental performance. Athletes will receive tailored resources from Coach Margaret.
What she gets with LEAP Collective:
Small group training with like-minded athletes
Tools to enhance focus, confidence, and resilience
Connection with a coach and athletes who will share their own insights
Tailored resources for you specifically (visualizations and worksheets)
Small group work launches twice a year OR if you are able to gather a group of 5 kids together to run a tailored team or friend group program!
We provide TWO options for athletes as we know some athletes might be more comfortable in small group settings instead of one-on-one (or vice versa!). We also encourage teams to sign up to enhance their mental game and support one another off the field.
