  • Mindset Mastery is a three month one-on-one online program where you work directly with Coach Margaret. You will have weekly 45 minutes sessions where we work through a tailored curriculum for your athlete.

  • Athletes typically range in age from 12 to 24 years old. I wouldn’t say no to an older female athlete wanting to level up her game!

  • Mindset Mastery is a tailored program where I work with the athlete and parents. The deep work is obviously with the athlete but I do provide insights and content to parents along the way. It’s teamwork!

  • • Practical tools to manage nerves and pressure before and during competition so she can compete with calm and clarity instead of fear.

    • A clear understanding of how her brain works under stress, including how to reset after mistakes and prevent one error from unraveling her performance.

    • Structured training in self-talk, visualization, and emotional regulation to build consistent, repeatable confidence.

    • Support navigating perfectionism, comparison, and performance anxiety so her identity is not defined by outcomes.
