A 45 minute 1:1 mindset session for female athletes who care deeply but get stuck in their head.

In this session, your athlete will:

  • understand what’s happening in her brain under pressure

  • build a personalized power phrase

  • create a simple reset routine

  • leave with tools she can use right away

This is a great fit if she:

  • gets in her head during competition

  • is hard on herself after mistakes
